| San Diego on the Water |
We just returned from our end of summer trip to San Diego! We took Amtrak down for a few days of sun, fun, food and drink. We stayed at the new Moxy hotel in the Gaslamp and loved it! The rooms are compact but very modern and comfortable.

We had some great meals in Little Italy and some excitement too. A fire broke out during dinner our second night and everyone had to leave the place. No one was hurt and we hope to return on our next trip.
